Tématem předložené diplomové práce je strategie udržitelnosti ve společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj. Hlavním cílem této práce je zanalyzovat strategii, cíle a implementaci dané strategie ve zvoleném podniku. První kapitola je zaměřena na obecné představení konceptu udržitelnosti a souvisejících pojmu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá implementací strategie udržitelnosti na konkrétní podnik a její hodnocení. The topic of the presented master thesis is the sustainability strategy in the company Plzeňský Prazdroj. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the strategy, objectives and implementation of the strategy in the selected company.
