The position of reserved creditor in insolvency proceedings
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá insolvenčním řízením, konkrétně postavením zajištěného věřitele v tomto řízení a dalšími procesy, které jsou s uvedenou problematikou spojeny. V práci jsou také uvedeny situace, které mohou v průběhu insolvenčního řízení nastat včetně možností řešení těchto situací. Informace obsažené v této práci budou věřiteli značným přínosem.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the insolvency proceedings, concretely the position of the reserved creditor in this proceeding, and other processes, that are associated with this problems. The work also mentions a situation, that may arise during the insolvency proceedings, including the possibilities of solving these situations.
