Abstract:
V diplomové práce se snažím ve vybrané dopravní společnosti zkoumat procesy, které ve firmě probíhají a na jejich základě navrhovat různá opatření a zlepšení. Po nastudování několika odborných publikací se snažím do firmy zavést dopravní informační systém spolu se sledovacím systémem.
