Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj malých vinařství na Slovácku v České republice, je zde pojednáno o vývoji vinohradnictví na území Moravy, a především o jeho vývoji na Slovácku. This diploma thesis deals with small wineries in Slovácko region in the Czech Republic. It describes history of vineyard in Moravia and development of Slovácko region. Terms of tradition, cultural background, typical wine communities and varieties are shown in Thesis. The analysis is focused ona small wineries in selected wine municipalities.
