Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na Evropský sociální fond (ESF), jehož hlavním cílem je dosažení vysoké zaměstnanosti a snižování národních, regionálních a místních rozdílů v zaměstnanosti. Cílem práce je provést analýzu socioekonomické situace Libereckého kraje a pomocí průzkumu zjistit, zda jsou subjekty v kraji schopny úspěšně a dostatečně žádat o zdroje z ESF.

This work is focused on the European social fund (ESF), the main goal of which is both achievement of high employment and reduction of national, regional as well as local differences in employment.
