Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Ředitelství silnic a dálnic s. p. Cílem práce je dle odborné literatury popsat benefitní systém, zjistit spokojenost benefitního systému v dané společnosti a podat návrhy na zlepšení. The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of employee benefits at the company Directorate of Roads and Highways, s.p. The objective of the thesis is to describe the benefits system based on scholarly literature, assess the satisfaction with the benefits system at the company, and provide suggestions for improvement.
