Abstract:
Právní úprava likvidace a konkurzu – z hlediska právních norem. Zahájení likvidace, účetní a daňová problematika likvidace společností, ukončení likvidace. Co je to konkurz a vyrovnání. Prohlášení konkurzu a jeho průběh, zpeněžování konkurzní podstaty a uspokojování věřitelů, ukončení konkurzu – vysvětleno na praktickém příkladě. Z důvodu přání firmy volím název ABC, spol. s r.o..
