Vo svojej diplomovej práci som vo všeobecnosti analyzovala samosprávy a to od začiatku ich umiestnenia do organizačného systému verejnej správy. Ďalej som predstavila ich úlohy a okruh pôsobnosti. Potom som analyzovala reguláciu finančných zdrojov od zmeny režimu, osobitosti systému hospodárenia, charakteristické znaky majetku samospráv a systém ich príjmov.
