Evacuation LDN Rybitví as a part of the trauma plan

Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika evakuace Léčebny dlouhodobě nemocných Rybitví při vzniku mimořádné události. Cílem práce je zjistit současný stav připravenosti léčebny na provedení evakuace osob a posoudit informovanost a znalosti jejich zaměstnanců týkající se evakuace v případě vzniku mimořádné události. Teoretická část práce se věnuje terminologii v oblasti traumatologického a evakuačního plánu, vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti mimořádné události, evakuace osob, členění evakuace. Druhá část se zaměřuje na zdravotnická zařízení, jejich dělení, specifikuje léčebny dlouhodobě nemocných obecně, zmiňuje dokumenty týkající se evakuace LDN a třídění nemocných a představuje LDN Rybitví. V praktické části je popsána historie a současnost Léčebny dlouhodobě nemocných v Rybitví a je obecně popsán průběh evakuace. Na základě dotazníkového šetření zaměstnanců je posouzena jejich informovanost a znalosti. Na základě řízeného rozhovoru a monitoringu zařízení je posouzen stav připravenosti LDN na vznik a provedení evakuace. Získaná data jsou vyhodnocena pomocí grafů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce a navrženy postupy, které mohou vést k co nejdokonalejšímu zvládnutí evakuace LDN. Dále je zde zodpovězeno na předem stanovené průzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of evacuation of the Treatment Center for long-term patients Rybitví in the event of an emergency. The aim of the work is to find out the current state of readiness of the hospital for the evacuation of people and assess the information and knowledge of their employees regarding evacuation in the event of an emergency. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the terminology in the field of trauma and evacuation plan, defines the basic concepts of emergency, evacuation of persons, evacuation classification. The second part focuses on medical facilities, their division, specifies long-term care facilities in general, mentions documents related to LDN evacuation and patient classification, and introduces LDN Rybitví. The practical part describes the history and present of the Treatment Center for the long-term sick in Rybitví and the course of the evacuation is generally described. Based on a questionnaire survey of employees, their awareness and knowledge is assessed. Based on a controlled interview and monitoring of the facility, the state of LDN's readiness for the establishment and execution of the evacuation is assessed. The obtained data are evaluated using graphs. In the end, the results and goals of the work are summarized and procedures are proposed that can lead to the best possible management of LDN evacuation. Furthermore, the predetermined hypotheses are answered here.
