Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na studium časové závislosti obsahu dusíku v kostech. Zabývá se hlavně vlivem tepelné úpravy, protože pochopení vlivu teploty na obsah dusíku v kostech je klíčové pro správné datování. Nejprve byl zjištěn obsah dusíku v čerstvé pštrosí kosti a poté byl zkoumán jeho pokles vlivem teplého vzduchu při teplotě 80 °C, vlivem vaření, kdy teplota kolísala v rozmezí 98–103 …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the time dependence of nitrogen content in bones. It deals with the influence of heat treatment because understanding the effect of temperature on the nitrogen content in bones is key for proper dating.
