Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem spolupráce v mezioborovém týmu při koordinaci rehabilitace lidí s duševním onemocněním. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhá mezioborová spolupráce v týmu z pohledu koordinované rehabilitace s lidmi s duševním onemocněním. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy související s tématem, jako jsou duševní zdraví a onemocnění, koordinovaná rehabilitace, ekologicko-sociální koncept zdraví, legislativní ukotvení koordinované rehabilitace, její principy a složky. Dále jsou obsaženy poznatky o spolupráci v mezioborovém týmu s lidmi s duševním onemocněním, o týmu a jeho složení odborností v péči či rehabilitaci o duševně nemocné. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na konkrétní mezioborový tým a doplňuje teoretickou část o názory odborníku čili některých z členů týmu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the topic of cooperation in an interdisciplinary team in coordination of rehabilitation of people with mental illness. The aim of work was to find out how interdisciplinary teamwork takes place in the field of coordinated rehabilitation with people with mental illness. The theoretical part describes concepts related to topics such as mental health and illness; coordinated rehabilitation, ecological and social concept of health, legislative anchoring of coordinated rehabilitation, its principles and components. Further, this thesis contains knowledges of the cooperation with people with mental illness in interdisciplinary team, the team and its composition of expertise in care or rehabilitation of mentally ill. The research part of this diploma thesis is focused on a specific interdisciplinary team and complements the theoretical part with the opinions of experts or some of the team members.
