Abstract:

MAYORAVA, Maryna. Komparace přístupů k personální práci v organizacích v Bělorusku a České republice. [Diplomová práce] University College Prague – Vysoká škola mezinárodních vztahů a Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická s.r.o. Praha: 2023. Celkový počet stran. (73 str.) Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a porovnat přístupy k personální práci v organizacích v Bělorusku a České republice. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů v oblasti personální práce a na představení současných trendů ve řízení lidských zdrojů. V praktické části jsou pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníkového průzkumu získávána data pro porovnání přístupů k personální práci v organizacích obou zemí. Výstupem diplomové práce je popis rozdílů v personálních politikách a praktikách v Bělorusku a České republice a návrhy na zlepšení personálních procesů v obou zemích.

MAYORAVA, Maryna. Comparison of approaches to personnel work in organizations in Belarus and the Czech Republic. (73 pp.) The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare approaches to personnel work in organizations in Belarus and the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the explanation of basic concepts in the field of personnel work and on the presentation of current trends in Human Resource Management. In the practical part, using structured interviews and a questionnaire survey, data are obtained to compare approaches to personnel work in organizations of both countries. The output of the thesis is a description of the differences in personnel policies and practices in Belarus and the Czech Republic and proposals for improving personnel processes in both countries.
