Remuneration of company employees and its concrete application
Abstract:
Abstrakt Práce pojednává o různých formách personálního řízení a především o motivacích zaměstnanců v souvislosti s jejich odměňováním. V teoretické části je velmi podrobně popsáno několik hlavních přístupů k této problematice. V praktické části jsou pak teoretické poznatky prezentovány na konkrétní společnosti, která v nedávné minulosti změnila zcela dosavadní přístup k odměňování zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The work describes various forms ofhuman resources management and especially employees‘ motivation relatedto their remuneration. In the theoretical part there are very detaily describedseveral dominant approaches to this issue. In the practical part there aretheoretical findings presented on the particular company which recently hastotally changed emplyees remuneration approach.
