The topic of this thesis is mnemonics for learning vocabulary in teaching German as a foreign language. This thesis is divided into the theoretical, practical and empirical parts. Tématem této diplomové práce jsou mnemotechniky k učení se slovní zásoby v DaF vyučování (němčina jako cizí jazyk). Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, praktickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy autonomní učení, učební strategie, učební techniky, neboť s mnemotechnikami úzce souvisí.
