Bakalářská práce se zabývá hlavními nástroji podněcování pracovního výkonu v podniku. V teoretické části je výrobní faktor práce včleněn do systému podnikových výrobních faktorů, je definován pojem pracovní výkon a nástroje jeho řízení. This bachelor work discuses major instruments for incitement of work efficiency in a company. In a theoretical part, a production factor of work is integrated into a production factor system of the company and a term “work efficiency” and its instruments for management are defined.
