Bakalářská práce se zabývá historií a současností vzdělávání dětských sester v České republice. Představuje první ošetřovatelské školy a náplň studia, které vedly k rozvoji ošetřovatelství u nás. Těžiště práce tvoří kvalitativní typ výzkumu uskutečněný se sestrami vedoucích pozic na dětských odděleních. This bachelor thesis deals with the history and the present of education of pediatric nurses in the Czech Republic.
