A comparison of profitability of leasing and credit financing of tangible property in terms of income tax in the specific company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním výhodnosti leasingového a úvěrového financování hmotného majetku z hlediska daně z příjmu. Stěžejní část práce je věnována nalezení optimálního financování hmotného majetku v konkrétním podniku, který vznikl v roce 2009, tedy v době hospodářské krize.
Abstract:
The presented graduation theses deals with comparison of profitability of leasing and credit financing of tangible property in terms of income tax. The main part of the thesis is devoted to finding an optimal financing of tangible property in the specific company, which was established in 2009, for the duration of the economic crisis.
