Nursing Process in Care of Patient after Total Hip Joint Endoprosthesis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Cílem bakalářské práce je metodou ošetřovatelského procesu zhodnotit, diagnostikovat potřeby a plánovat ošetřovatelské intervence u pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu v průběhu jeho hospitalizace. Ošetřovatelský plán je sestaven dle ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-I Taxonomie II. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. První kapitola práce se orientuje na vymezení základní terminologie problematiky práce, charakterizuje a diferencuje totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, stanovuje indikace, diagnostiku onemocnění a možný výskyt komplikací u pacienta. Druhá teoretická kapitola práce navazuje na základní problematiku a zaměřuje se na perioperační péči o pacienta podstupujícího totální endoprotézu kyčelního kloubu. Součástí teoretického zpracování tématu práce jsou i vlastní praktické poznatky autorky práce Praktická část se zaměřuje zhodnocení, diagnostiku potřeb a plán ošetřovatelské intervence u pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Ošetřovatelský plán je sestaven dle ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-I Taxonomie II.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on nursing process of a patient after total joint replacement. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate, determine needs and plan nursing interventions for a patient after total hip arthroplasty (THA) during hospitalization. The nursing plan is compiled according to the nursing diagnoses in NANDA-I Taxonomy II. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is focused on the definition of basic terminology of the nursing process, characterizes and differentiates types of the total hip arthroplasties, determines the correct indications, diagnostics of the diseases and possible complications associated with the surgery. The second theoretical chapter follows on these basic issues and focuses on the perioperative care of a patient undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Part of the theoretical elaboration of the topic of the thesis is also practical knowledge of the author. The practical part is focusing on evaluation, diagnosis of needs and nursing intervention plan for the patient after total hip arthroplasty. The nursing plan is compiled according to the nursing diagnoses in NANDA-I Taxonomy II.
