Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám resocializačním procesem osob po výkonu trestu z pohledu postpenitenciární péče. Teoretická část je zaměřena na penitenciární a postpenitenciární péči a samotný resocializační proces. V rámci teoretické části práce je provedena deskripce programů zacházení, spolupráce s odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu a následná práce s těmito osobami po jejich propuštění. Jsou zde také uvedeny subjekty, které se na práci při resocializačním procesu osob po výkonu trestu podílí. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání spolupráce subjektů v oblasti postpenitenciární péče s klienty. V této části jsou uvedeny pohledy na tuto spolupráci z obou perspektiv zúčastněných.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I deal with the resocialization process of persons after serving a sentence from the point of view of post-penitentiary care. The theoretical part is focused on penitentiary and post-penitentiary care and the resocialization process itself. As part of the theoretical work, a description of treatment programs, cooperation with convicts in prison and subsequent work with these persons after their release is performed. There are also listed entities that participate in the work in the resocialization process of persons after serving a sentence. The practical part is focused on examining the cooperation of entities in the field of post-penitentiary care and their clients. This section presents views on this cooperation from both perspectives of the participants.
