Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou interních helpdesk systémů pro malý a střední podnik. Čtenáře seznámí s historickou zákonitostí, možnostmi využití a základními principy helpdesk systémů. Dále práce nabízí komparaci různých dostupných řešení na trhu. This thesis deals with problems of creating and managing internal helpdesk systems for small and medium-sized companies. The reader will be introduced to historical development, ways of use and basic principles of helpdesk systems followed by comparison of currently available systems.
