Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zavedením analytické metody pro určení účinných látek Kratomu, tedy mitragyninu a 7-hydroxymitragyninu pomocí kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na morfologii a taxonomii Kratomu, formy užití, druhy, jeho účinky na lidský organismus, dávkování a popis hlavních toxinů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of an analytical method for determination of active substances of Kratom, the mitragynine and the 7-hydroxymitragynine by liquid chromatography with mass detection.
