Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá numerickými odchylkami chromozomů člověka. Genetický základ nesourodého množství informace obsažené v lidských buňkách může dát vznik syndromům, které mají z hlediska závažnosti a druhu postižených chromozomů různé stupně zatížení pro organismus a okolí. Abstract:
This thesis deals with numerical chromosomal aberrations in human body. Different amount of genetic information causes several syndromes with various rate of manifestations. This thesis describes biochemical and genetical methods, which can be used to diagnose these syndromes. The particular syndromes are described in the last chapter of the thesis, including the main symptomes.
