Human resources management in multinational company
Abstract:
První část práce se zabývá teoretickou problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů, stanovení si klíčových pojmů a strategii v této problematice. Druhá část pojednává o konkrétní nadnárodní společnosti, představení této firmy, aktuálních principech řízení lidských zdrojů a navrhuje možnosti zlepšení řízení zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The first part deals with theoretical issues of human resource management and determination of key concepts and strategies in this field. The second part deals with specific multinational company, its brief characterization, current principles of its human resource management and suggests ways of improving its management of staff.
