Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu dobrovolnictví z pohledu využití dobrovolníků v organizacích poskytující sociální služby sociálně či zdravotně znevýhodněným osobám. Cílem práce je zjistit pomocí rozhovorů do jaké míry jejich využití přispívá či ovlivňuje naplnění poslání a cílů oslovených organizací v Pardubicích. The bachelor thesis deals with the the topic of volunteering in the view of the use of volunteers in organisations providing social service and helping socialy handicaped or disabled people.
