Influence of honey on human health
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá medem, včelími produkty a jejich antimikrobiální aktivitou. V práci najdete složení medu, včelích produktů, jejich charakteristické vlastnosti a využití v medicíně i jinde. Hlavní část se zabývá antimikrobiálním působením medu na patogenní mikroorganismy. V závěrečné části práce je na med a včelí produkty pohlíženo jako na potravinu, lék i alergen.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is about honey, bee products and their antimicrobial activity. The thesis contains composition of honey, bee products, their characteristic properities, medical and several use. The main part is dedicated to antimicrobial activity againts microorganism, acting as a human patogens. The last part views honey and bee products as food, cure and even as an alergen.
