Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jedním ze stadií trestního řízení, kterým je přípravné řízení trestní. Charakterizuje jeho pojem a účel, který rozděluje dle forem uplatňovaných v českém právním řádu. Zabývá se samotným průběhem přípravného řízení trestního včetně jeho účastníků a orgánů činných a současně uvádí zásady, podle kterých je přípravné řízení trestní vedeno. This thesis deals with one of the stages of criminal proceedings, which is Preliminary Criminal Proceedings. Characterized by its concept and purpose, which divides the forms as applied in the Czech legal order.
