Úvod bakalářské práce obsahuje obecně charakteristiku pracovního práva a okrajově vznik pracovního poměru. Jedním z cílů bakalářské práce bylo rozebrat způsoby rozvázání pracovního poměru, které upravuje zákoník práce. The opening part of the presented bachelor thesis deals with the general characteristics of the labour law, while the formation of the employment relationship is briefly covered, too. One of the goals of the presented thesis was to analyse the ways in which work relationship can be legally terminated that are regulated by the Labour Code.
