Analyse Using Methods of Motivation in VOLVO Truck Czech Ltd.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit nedostatky současného stavu motivace ve společnosti VOLVO Truck Czech s.r.o. a navrhnout změny pro zlepšení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na východiska pracovní motivace a vysvětluje její vztah k pracovnímu výkonu. Dále popisuje postup pro realizaci motivačního programu v podniku. Praktická část přináší základní informace o společnosti, charakterizuje její personální politiku a systém pracovní motivace. Obsahuje analýzu a výsledky empirického šetření v oblastech motivace u všech zaměstnanců a u vzorku prodejců. Součástí jsou i následná doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to find out imperfections of the present condition of the motivation in the copany VOLVO Truck Czech s.r.o. and to propose changes for an improvement. The theoretical part is intent on theory ways out of the motivation to work and explains its relation to a work performance. Further on describes a procedure for the realization of the motivation program in a company. The practical part brings basic information about that company, characterizes its personal politics and a system of the motivation to work. In contains an analysis and results of the research in areas of the motivation of all employees and salesmen. It encluded subsequent recommendations.
