Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl nastínit hlavní argumentační linii anarchokapitalismu prezentovanou zejména M. N. Rothbardem, H. H. Hoppem a D. Friedmanem. Představena bude kritika státu z hlediska přirozeně-právní i utilitaristické teorie a poté uvedeny návrhy soukromého řešení ochrany a spravedlnosti za účelem hledání odpovědí na otázku organizace a výkonu doposud státem monopolizovaných služeb …more
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is aiming to outline keypoints of anarcho-capitalist line of arguments presented mainly by M. N. Rothbard, H. H. Hoppe and D. Friedman. Critique of state will be introduced by nature law and utilitarian theory and propositions of private protection and justice system will be discussed to look for alternative approach to existing statist monopoly area of services.
