Procedure before prodecution
Abstract:
Práce bude zaměřena na postup Celní správy v postavení policejního orgánu, od zahájení úkonů trestního řízení po zahájení trestního stíhání, tedy fáze prověřování. Cílem práce bude analýza a komparace zákonných norem pro stádium prověřování s ohledem na využití všech zákonných možností trestního řádu včetně neodkladných a neopakovatelných úkonů a použití Zákona o Celní správě.

The work will focus on the procedure of the Customs administration in the position of a police authority from the commencement of criminal acts of criminal proceedings to the initation of criminal prosecution in the screening phase.
