Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá prevencí finanční krize podniku. Jsou zde uvedeny některé významné krize, které postihly světovou ekonomiku, stejně jako druhy příčiny a fáze podnikových krizí. Na základě zhodnocení finanční situace podniku PROKOP INVEST, a.s. jsou navrhnuta doporučení k zlepšení stávající situace. The diploma work deals with the prevention of financial crisis. It lists some major crisies, that affected the word economy, as well as the types and causes of the company?s crrisis. Based on the evalution of PROKOP INVEST, a.s.?s financial situation, recommendations are designed to improve the current situation.
