Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením okrajových úloh a řešením parciálních diferenciálních rovnic v programu XPPAUT. Konkrétní postupy v programu jsou popisovány na příkladech. Bakalářská práce popisuje přesný postup, jak se dopracovat k výsledku. Dále popisuje numerické metody, které program XPPAUT využívá při výpočtu zmíněných problémů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the solution of boundary value problems and solutions of partial differential equations in Xppaut. Specific procedures in the program are described on the examples. Bachelor thesis describes the exact procedure how to work towards the outcome. It also describes the numerical methods which Xppaut program uses when calculating these problems.
