Diplomová práce je věnována procesu krizové komunikace v prostředí výchovných ústavů v Ústeckém kraji. V práci se objevují obecné informace o ústavní péči v ČR, historický vývoj a jednotlivé typy zařízení, ve kterých se provádí ústavní a ochranná výchova. This thesis is focused on the procedure of crisis communication in surroundings of youth detention centres in the Usti region. There were described general information about institutional care in Czech republic, the evolution and kinds of facilititys where the institutional and protective care is being done.
