The Project of Implementation Internal Control System in the Nonprofit Organization in the Field of Accounting Information

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vnitřním kontrolním systémem v oblasti účetních informací u nestátní neziskové organizace Charita Zábřeh. Cílem práce je vytvořit vnitřní kontrolní systém pro tuto organizaci. V první části práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o vnitřním kontrolním systému a předpoklady jeho řádného fungování i jeho nástroje. Následně se práce věnuje vymezení nestátních neziskových organizací. V další části je představena Charita Zábřeh, její činnost i hospodaření. Dále se práce zaměřuje na analýzu současné kontroly v organizaci. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků je navržen vnitřní kontrolní systém pro účetní oblast tvořený dvanácti vnitřními účetními směrnicemi. V závěru diplomové práce je navržen postup vhodné implementace vytvořeného vnitřního kontrolního systému.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the internal control system for accounting information of the non-governmental non-profit organization Charita Zábřeh. The aim of the thesis is to create the internal control system for this organization. In the first part, the thesis summarizes the theoretical findings on an internal control system and the requisites for its proper function as well as its tools. Then the thesis presents a definition of non-governmental non-profit organizations. In the next part, Charita Zábřeh is introduced together with its business and economic activities. The thesis then focuses on an analysis of the current control in the organization. The internal control system for accounting consisting of twelve internal accounting directives was designed on the basis of the flaws it had revealed. In the last part of the diploma thesis, the appropriate implementation process of the designed internal control system is proposed.
