Abstract:
Diplomová práce má za cíl vytvořit personální strategii pro Škoda Auto Vysokou školu o.p.s. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny a popsány hlavní pojmy, týkající se personálního řízení a další, které úzce souvisí s tvorbou personální strategie.
