Agressive behavior in institutional care enviroment and possibilities of pedagogical intervention

Abstract:

Práce bude tematicky orientována na problematiku agresivního chování u dětí v prostředí dětského domova a možnosti ovlivňování tohoto nežádoucího chování vychovateli. V teoretické části bude pozornost věnována poznatkům v oblasti normality a deviace, projevům agrese a agresivního chování. Přiblíženo bude prostředí dětského domova, kompetence vychovatele a možnosti výchovného působení v prostředí ústavní péče. Empirická část bude věnována prezentaci kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumného šetření zacíleného na analýzu přítomných projevů agresivního chování u dětí v prostředí dětského domova a možnosti vnějšího ovlivňování takovéhoto chování vychovatelem. Pozornost bude zaměřena na využití nástrojů pedagogického působení vedoucích ke snížení projevů agresivního chování a usměrňování nevhodných vzorců chování u dětí. Dominantní výzkumnou technikou budou individuální polostrukturovaná interview s pedagogickými pracovníky dětského domova. Závěrem budou formulována doporučení, která mohou přispět k možnému zkvalitnění pedagogické práce v dané oblasti.

Abstract:

This work is thematically focused on the issue of aggressive behavior of the children in the children's home environment and the possibilities of influencing this undesirable behavior by educators. In the theoretical part attention is paid to the findings in the area of normality and deviation, signs of aggression and aggressive behavior. This work describe the environment of children´s home, educator competencies and the possibilities of educational influencing in the environment of institutional care. The empirical part is devoted to the presentation of qualitative orientated research aimed on the analysis of manifested aggressive behavior of children in the children´s home and the possibilities of extraneous influencing this behavior by the educator. The focus of the research is on the use of tools of the educational interventions with the effect to alleviation of manifested aggressive behavior and the regulation of undesirable behavioral pattern in the children. The principal research method is the individual semi-structured interview with the educational staff of children´s home. In the conclusion of work are formulated suggestions, witch may be used for possible improvement of the quality of the educational work in the described area.
