Autonomie vůle je jedním z klíčových principů mezinárodního práva soukromého, stejně tak institut ochrany spotřebitele. Party autonomy is one of the key principles of the conflict of laws, as well as the institute of consumer’s protection. They are, however, almost opposites since party autonomy is limited by consumer rules. The aim of this thesis is to describe the relation of party autonomy and its limitations, with a special attention paid to consumer’s protection.
