Důležitost role Evropská unie coby aktéra mezinárodního systému do jisté míry souvisí s přístupem Spojených států amerických. Ve své bakalářské práci se chci zaměřit na časovou periodu od začátku 21. století po současnost, kdy EU zažívá proměnlivé vztahy se svým největším spojencem. This bachelor thesis deals with presidencies of George W. Bush, Barack Obama and partially with the first term of Donald Trump and it analyzes their attitudes towards their European allies. The objective of this thesis is to research the importance of the European Union regarding the United States' foreign and security policies and to examine how it changed during that period.
