The Analysis of Employee Motivation in the Health Care Institution - Šternberk Hospital

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve zdravotnickém zařízení Nemocnice Šternberk. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku motivace, jsou zde vymezeny pojmy motivace, typy, zdroje a teorie motivace. Dále budou představeny vědecké analýzy, které budou využity v rámci zpracování praktické části bakalářské práce. V praktické části, je představena Nemocnice Šternberk, zpracována SWOT analýza orga-nizace a popsán současný motivační program. Dále proběhne analýza motivace zaměst-nanců pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků je provedeno shrnutí nedostatků a návrh opatření ke zlepšení motivačního systému.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the employee's motivation in the health care institution of the Šternberk Hospital. The aim of the theoretical part is the issue of motivation, in which are also defined the terms of motivation, its types, sources and the theory of motivation. Scientific analysis will be presented in this part and then further used in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. In the practical part, there can be found the introduction of the Šternberk Hospital, elabora-ted SWOT analysis of the organization and briefly described the motivational program. Furthermore, the analysis of the employee's motivation will be conducted and based on its results, the summary of all deficits will be created as well as the list of suggestion to the improvement of the motivational system.
