Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá střídavou péčí jako jednu z forem péče o dítě po rozvodu nebo rozchodu. Jedná se o práci teoretickou. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole je vymezen pojem rodina, její funkce, typy rodin a pozitivní vliv matky a otce na dítě. Druhá kapitola se věnuje rozvodu, rozchodu a jeho vlivu na dítě. Popisuje obranné mechanismy dítěte, jak rozvod ovlivňuje děti v jednotlivých vývojových etapách a vymezuje formy péče o dítě po rozvodu. Třetí kapitola je orientovaná na střídavou péči. Porovnává pojetí střídavé péče v České republice a v zahraničí, zaměřuje se na předpoklady střídavé péče, její vhodnost na základě věku dítěte, časové intervaly střídání a na rizika a výhody střídavé péče. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola předkládá výzkumné studie střídavé péče, aspekty ovlivňující dopad střídavé péče na děti, konkrétní dopady na děti a rodiče. Prezentuje také analýzu výzkumných studií v kontextu střídavé péče.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with shared custody as a form of child custody arrangement after divorce or separation. This is a theorical work. This thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 specifies the concept of family, its functions, types of families and positive influence of mother and father on a child. Chapter 2 deals with divorce, separation and its impact on a child. It describes the child defense mechanisms, how divorce affects children in particular development stages and it defines the forms of child custody arrangements after divorce. Chapter 3 is oriented on shared custody. It compares the concept of shared custody in Czech Republic and in foreign countries, focuses on prerequisites for shared custody, eligibility depending on the child's age, parenting time schedules and risks and advantages. The final chapter 4 introduces shared custody research studies, aspects affecting the impact on a child, specific impacts on children and parents. It also presents analysis of research studies in the context of shared custody.
