Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o přezkumu rozhodnutí správních orgánů civilním soudem. Vzhledem k dualismu práva je v mnohých případech složité správně určit pro potřeby přezkumu rozhodnutí pravomoc soudu. V případech, ve kterých správní orgán rozhoduje o soukromých právech účastníka řízení, přezkoumává tato rozhodnutí civilní soud podle části páté občanského soudního řádu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the Review of Decisions of Administrative Bodies by a Civil Court. Due to the dualism of the law, it is in many cases difficult to correctly determine, for the purposes of review, the jurisdiction of the court.
