Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je posuzování finančních možností žadatele o překlenovací úvěr. Teoretická část je věnována vývoji stavebního spoření a jeho dvěma produktům, řádnému úvěru a překlenovacímu úvěru. Praktická část je zaměřena na získání překlenovacího úvěru s nulovou akontací. The bachelor´s thesis deals with financial options for bridging loan applicants. The theoretical part is devoted to the development of building savings and its two products: regular building loan and bridging loan.
