In this these we are dealing with a problematic of marketing and marketing communications. In the first part, we focuse on theoretical basics of marketing communications. We address its four main instruments – advertisement, sale promotion, direct sale and public relations. V práci sa zaoberáme problematikou marketingu a marketingovej komunikácie. V prvej časti rozoberáme teoretickú podstatu marketingovej komunikácie. Venujeme sa najmä jej hlavným prostriedkom – reklame, osobnému predaju, podpore predaja a práci s verejnosťou. Popíšeme tiež vybrané nové formy marketingovej komunikácie ako napr. buzz marketing, guerilla marketing alebo systém CRM. V praktickej časti analyzujeme …more
