Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, co motivuje ženy na rodičovské dovolené k návratu do formálního vzdělávacího systému. Text je tradičně rozdělen do dvou částí. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s formálním vzděláváním dospělých v kontextu celoživotního učení, specifiky ženy v období mladé dospělosti a s motivací dospělých ke vzdělávání. The aim of this thesis is to examine reasons of the motivation of women returning into formal educational system. The thesis is traditionally divided into theoretical and empirical part.
