In my Bachelor work I am dealing with customer satisfaction measurement. Concretely I am polling satisfaction of the users of the Centre for Health Science in Inverness, Scot-land with services provided here. V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám měřením spokojenosti zákazníků. Konkrétně zjišťuji spokojenost uživatelů Centre for Health Science v Inverness ve Skotsku, se službami které jsou zde poskytovány. Dále analyzuji jejich potřeby a preference, zvláště ty týkající se komunikačních médií.
