Changes in presentation of grammar in textbooks of Czech language for foreigners

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá proměnou prezentace gramatiky v učebnicích češtiny pro cizince. Uvedená proměna je zkoumána zejména vztahem prezentace gramatiky a gramatických cvičení. Analýza byla prováděna na výběru 13 učebnic, jež byly publikovány v letech 1966-2019. Teoretická část práce se věnuje didaktice cizích jazyků, analýze učebnic, gramatice, ale také jsou v ní vymezeny termíny důležité pro obor čeština pro cizince. Praktická část práce představuje obsahovou analýzu vybraných učebnic češtiny pro cizince se zaměřením na deskripci používaných typů cvičení ve vybraných učebnicích.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with changes in the presentation of grammar in textbooks of Czech as a foreign language. The examined material consists of 13 textbooks published between 1966 and 2019. This change is observed mainly in the relationship between grammar presentation and grammar exercises. The thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part includes linguistic and pedagogical approaches, such as didactics of foreign languages, textbook research, grammar, or terminology connected to the field of Czech for foreigners. The practical part is based on content analysis of textbooks, focusing on types of exercises.
