Bakalářská práce představuje stručný úvod do problematiky, která se týká poskytování právních služeb. Vycházet budu převážně ze zákonů, internetových zdrojů a zapůjčené literatury. V první části popisuje advokacii, práva a povinnosti advokáta. Dále pak notáře, jejich postavení a jejich orgány. Bachelor thesis presents a brief introduction, which relates to the provision of legal services. I will come mainly from the laws, Internet resources and borrowed literature. In the first part of the thesis describes the legal profession, the rights and obligations of a lawyer, notary then, their position and their bodies.
