Hippotherapy as a treatment for children with cerebral palsy

Abstract:

Tato práce na téma Hipoterapie jako léčba dětské mozkové obrny je rozdělena do tří částí. Informace zde popsané jsou získané pouţitím odborných zdrojů a literatury. Teoretická část obsahuje všeobecné poznatky o DMO, její charakteristiku a rozdělení. Ve speciální části jsem rozepsala doplňkovou metodu léčby, hipoterapii. V této sekci se zabývám její historií, rozdělením, indikacemi a působením na klienty, kteří tuto metodu mají moţnost vyuţívat. A hlavní část je zaměřena na kazuistiku pacienta a vytvoření krátkodobého a dlouhodobého hiporehabilitačního plánu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis entitled Hippotherapy as a treatment for children with cerebral palsy is divided into three parts. The information described was obtained from technical sources and literature. The theoretical part consists of general knowledge about DMO, its characteristics and the division. In the special part I wrote down the additional method of treatment, hippotherapy. This section deals with its history, the division, indications and the effect on clients that have the opportunity to participate. And the main part focuses on the case report of the patient and the creation of short-term and long-term hippotherapeutical plan.
