Koncepce pro zajištění růstu kvality v oblasti doručovacích služeb

Concept for a quality improvement in delivery services in the Czech Post
Abstract:
Práce popisuje podnik Česká pošta, s. p. a metody měření kvality listovních a balíkových zásilek. Formou marketingového průzkumu je zjištěna spokojenost zákazníků s doručovacími službami České pošty. Vyhodnocením průzkumu a analýzou je navržena koncepce k růstu kvality. Realizace návrhů je zhodnocena očekávanými přínosy, případně riziky.
Abstract:
Thesis describes company of the Czech Post and methods for measuring quality of consigments. Method of marketing research was found customer satisfaction with delivery services. Subsequent evaluation and proposal of concepts resulting from the survey will lead to an increase quality of services. Implementation of the proposals are evaluated by the expected benefits or the potential risks.
