Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analyzovanie systému vzdelávania zamestnancov v konkrétnom bankovom subjekte z pohľadu zamestnancov banky. Na základe analýzy sú navrhnuté konkrétne kroky a spôsoby na skvalitnenie vzdelávacieho systému. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly.
